Refund Policy
Professional custom writing services are offered by CvwritingPro. After paying for a writing service, there is no free trial or grace period. Your new papers require a significant amount of effort and work to critique, research, create, write, and proofread. Instead of purchasing a physical something, you are doing so now. Once your task has been sent to a writer, we are not able to give complete refunds because CV writing is a custom and personalized service. Here is our return policy:
- Before a writer is assigned to your assignment, you may cancel your order and receive a complete refund of less than 10% for administrative charges.
- Please get in touch with your writer right once if you need to abandon your order whilst it is still being written. They will let you know how much time they have spent on your project so far, and we will cost you an hourly fee for the work that has already been done.
- We won’t give you a refund if you want to terminate your order after receiving the initial versions of your papers unless we violated our terms of service. However, we will continue to work on your task until you are completely satisfied or, if necessary, reassign it.
- Any monetary refunds requested more than 60 days after your order’s placing will never be granted. For orders made more than 60 days ago, refunds that are authorized by our chief executive officer will be given in the form of a credit voucher that can be used on our website without expiration.
